Bacon Here's a quick tip for flat, perfectly cooked bacon:

1. Set the strips on a baking sheet pan covered with parchment paper or foil.

2. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until preferred doneness, turning pan halfway through.

If you like, you can lay the bacon on a wire rack, raising it off the pan and out of the grease entirely.
